After reading Economics and Finance at both York St John and Leeds Beckett, Phoebe took her love of financial management, analysing market behaviour and building stellar spreadsheets to her career in digital marketing. Working at Zelst for five years, Phoebe now heads up our Technical Team, ensuring that every account we manage has a fully-developed, effective strategy spanning across multiple platforms.
Phoebe closely monitors the technical performance of each account, feeding back results and changing consumer behaviours to our clients. On top of this, she works closely with the Content and Organic Social teams to ensure our clients’ overall digital strategies are working harmoniously.
As a self-professed Google Sheets Queen, Phoebe thrives on the tech side of the business and loves doing anything with numbers. Along with creating spreadsheets, her favourite parts of the job are having a client-facing role and having to constantly tweak and test campaigns to keep up with changing budgets, trends and keywords.
Outside of the office, Phoebe’s love adventure knows no bounds and she loves keeping active. Whether it’s heading to the gym or finding somewhere new to explore outdoors, she treasures her time that’s disconnected from a screen. Phoebe also enjoys nurturing her creativity, and can often be found crocheting or knitting.
